Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve to ensure it arrives safely back at our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
